We are an international design and engineering company for the high-tech and life science industry and research. The main focus is put on clean room technology, building engineering and process technology.

Are you our ideal candidate?

Your responsibilities:

· You work closely with contractors, suppliers, clients and architects

· You work as a team for developing future-proof concepts.

· You translate concepts into principle diagrams that form the foundation for the detailed implementation.

· You manage to create an energy-efficient design even for complex installations.

· You are able to work on new concepts independently.

· You execute the required technical calculations such as heat loss, cooling load and ventilation calculations, as well as pressure and capacity determinations.

· You further develop your expertise in hydraulic schemes and air-handling concepts.

· You will dimension the main components and guide your colleagues to achieve a coordinated 3D model.

· You support the preparation and review of technical specifications, bills of quantities and budget estimates.

· You assist your colleagues during the validation process and help ensure technical compliance.

· Together with colleagues from other disciplines, you contribute to a coordinated and high-quality technical project file.

Your qualifications:

· You have a Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering–Architecture, or Industrial Engineering, with a couple of years of relevant experience.

· Your sense of responsibility allows you to organize yourself to successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously.

· You are customer-orientated and have excellent communication skills.

· You are flexible and an eager learner with sharp analytical skills.

· Knowledge of Revit and/or Navisworks is a plus.

· Proficiency in English and Dutch is essential
